We have an exciting new event happening on the 15th of March from 12.00 - 3.00 at the Famous Village Chess Shop in the heart of Greenwich Village.

This is the first time the Village Chess Shop will be hosting a tournament! They have been around since 1972!!!

We will be having an unrated Open Blitz Tournament.

We will do 5 rounds Swiss play with 10 minute time controls.

The Village Chess Shop is a great venue yet only has capacity for 28 players.

Register now and reserve your spot.

20$ register online 30$ at the door if space is available.

There will be many strong players there, we suggest intermediate/advanced players participate.

We will be organizing a beginner tournament coming soon.

First prize is a beautiful chess set from the Village Chess Shop (Value 125$)
